TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SELLERS:

The Seller's attention is particularly drawn to the provisions of clause 3

1. The Application shall only be deemed to be accepted when Glam Experts issues written acceptance of the Application by email at which point and on which date the Contract shall come into existence (Commencement Date).

2.Following acceptance of the Seller’s Application, and subject to receipt of the Seller Information to Glam Experts reasonable satisfaction, Glam Experts agrees to offer the services for sale in directory format via the Website and the Seller consents to Glam Experts using the Seller Information for this purpose.  cannot guarantee that any sale will be concluded in relation to the Products, and makes no representations or warranties to the Seller in this respect.  Glam Experts is under no obligation to offer for sale/ Directory listing all services which the Seller may propose, and will at its sole discretion select those Products it deems suitable for the Website.

3.Contracts for the sale of Products/ services formed through our site, are between you and the third party customer who contacts you through our site.  The relevant customer will contact you and will tell you the identity of each customer in question.  Where you sell services to a third party customer through our site in this way, we are not a party to any such contracts, nor do we possess at any time any services offered for sale by you through our site. The Terms applicable to those contracts can be found below and you agree that all sales of services made by you through our Site will be on the basis of those Terms.

(b)Provide the Seller Information (including images and product descriptions in respect of the initial Products to be offered for sale via the Website) to Glam Experts on registration.

4.The Seller further acknowledges and agrees that:

(a)Glam Experts has sole and complete discretion as to the look, feel and content of the Website, as well as in respect of the inclusion, omission, positioning, location and all other aspects of presentation of the Seller Information and the Products, and the right in its sole discretion to remove any Seller Information or Product from the Website at any time;

(b)Glam Experts does not offer the Seller exclusivity of presence on the Website, and that other Sellers may offer for sale Products or services that are similar to, or compete with, the Products.  It shall be the sole responsibility of the Seller to resolve with any other relevant Seller any dispute concerning the presence in the Website or the sale of any such Products;

(c)indemnify Glam Experts against all claims and proceedings and against all liability, losses, costs and expenses incurred by Glam Experts as a result of any claim made or brought against Glam Experts in respect of any loss, damage or distress caused by the Seller, its employees, agents or representatives in relation to unlawful or unauthorised processing, loss or destruction of or damage to, personal data.

(d) During the Term, the Seller shall maintain product liability insurance with a  reputable insurer of no less than £2 million for any one occurrence and no less than £2 million in total in any one year for any and all liability (however arising) for a claim that the Products are faulty or defective.  The Seller shall provide a copy of the insurance policy and proof of payment of the current premium to Glam Experts on request.     

(e)The seller will provide original images and Glam Experts will not be held liable for any copyrighted images

(f)Glam Experts shall under no circumstances whatever be liable to the Seller, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Contract, the Products, the Customer Terms or any Customer Contract; and

(g)Glam Experts total liability to the Seller in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the Contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount of Commission paid by the Seller to Glam Experts over the preceding 12 months.

Directory:

The Website offers an online marketplace for the promotion and sale of services that are providing the Seller with the opportunity to promote its Products directly to visitors to the Website, who may purchase such Products online via the Website.

The e-commerce platform will be managed by Glam Experts.

The Seller and the services

Products and services submitted to Glam Experts for inclusion on the Website must have a minimum sale price of £5

All services submitted to Glam Experts for inclusion on the Website must be made or manufactured in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.  Without prejudice to the right of Glam Experts to terminate the Contract for breach of clause 2.1(d), if Glam Experts becomes aware that any Products are made or manufactured outside the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (or Click British in its sole discretion suspects this to be the case) Glam Experts shall have the right to remove any such Products without prior notice and without liability.

All Seller Information is subject to Glam Expert’s prior approval, and appropriate copy, descriptions and images must be submitted to Glam Experts on a timely basis for approval prior to Glam Experts uploading it to the Website.

The Seller is responsible for reviewing on a regular basis the Seller Information as displayed on the Product pages and elsewhere on the Website, and must notify the Seller immediately in the event that any changes are required.

If the Seller itself uploads any information to the Website, then it does so upon and subject to these Conditions (in particular but without limitation the provisions of clause 2 above), and the Seller is solely responsible for such content and will immediately amend the information if requested by Glam Experts to do so.

Website profile:

Glam Experts shall take such steps as it considers appropriate in its sole discretion to enhance search engine optimisation of the Website to increase its online visibility.
