The most popular option at SH Fitness. Training sessions generally tend to last 1 hour, depending on what we are doing. The sessions will include a warm up, stretching; cool down, core work, cardio, resistance and any other method of training to help you hit your own personal fitness goals. Our trainers carry all of their own equipment, all of which we constantly update.
Training with a friend, colleague or partner has a wealth of benefits. We have found that motivation levels increase, enjoyment also increases as you grow a great relationship with your training partner. It also brings costs down slightly!

We also offer group training sessions, if there is a group of you for example in an office who all would like to train together then we can help you out. We offer 4 different styles of classes, these are, an outdoor bootcamp, an indoor circuits style class, boxercise, or our take on yoga/pilates.
We also offer Sports Massage through SH Fitness. If you have any aches/pains, tight muscles or reoccurring injuries, we can help out.
We offer 1-1. 2-1 and group sessions, all of which are tailored exactly to your goals and strengths. We delve straight into our clients’ diet and eating habits on the first meeting. We will create a personalised diet plan to supplement your training, absolutely free! Not only do we examine your habits and train in your most comfortable environment, we also offer round the clock advice, knowledge and tips. We are enjoy going the extra mile for our clients and pride ourselves on making them feel like we really are their personal trainer.
